These Sales Terms & Policies are provided for informational purposes only and are subject to applicable Belgian and European consumer protection legislation.
Orders
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
Once an order has been placed and payment has been successfully processed, the customer will receive an order confirmation by email.
As all Christi Carlo fine art prints are produced on demand, production will begin only after payment has been received in full.
Christi Carlo reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in exceptional circumstances, including pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability. In such cases, any payment already received will be refunded in full.
Production
All Christi Carlo fine art prints are produced on demand.
Each print is created specifically for the customer after an order has been placed and payment has been received. This approach helps reduce unnecessary waste and ensures that every print is produced according to the selected format and edition.
Production times may vary depending on the selected product and destination. Customers will receive a confirmation once their order has entered production.
Because each print is produced to order, minor variations in colour and appearance may occur as a result of the printing process and differences between digital screens and physical prints.
Pricing & VAT
All prices displayed on this website are shown in Euro (€) and include applicable Value Added Tax (VAT), unless stated otherwise.
Shipping costs are not included in the listed prices and will be calculated separately during the checkout process.
While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of pricing information, Christi Carlo and Offides BV reserve the right to correct pricing errors or inaccuracies. In the event of a pricing error affecting an order, the customer will be contacted before production begins.
Customers outside the European Union may be subject to additional customs duties, import taxes or local charges. Any such fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping
Christi Carlo offers worldwide shipping where available through its production and fulfilment partners.
Standard Edition prints are produced, inspected and shipped directly from the production partner to the customer.
Collector Edition prints are first delivered to the Christi Carlo studio for inspection, numbering and signature. Once this process has been completed, they are carefully repackaged and shipped to the customer.
As a result, delivery times for Collector Edition prints may be longer than those for Standard Edition prints.
Customers will receive shipping confirmation once their order has been dispatched.
Any customs duties, import taxes or local charges applicable outside the European Union remain the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged Deliveries
Customers are requested to inspect their order upon delivery.
If a print arrives damaged during transport, please contact Christi Carlo as soon as possible and provide photographic evidence of both the damaged print and its packaging.
For Standard Edition prints, damaged items may be replaced at no additional cost, subject to assessment and availability.
For Collector Edition prints, each case will be assessed individually in order to preserve the integrity of the numbered edition. Customers may be asked to return the damaged print before a replacement or alternative solution can be considered.
Christi Carlo reserves the right to determine the most appropriate remedy, including replacement of the print or a refund of the order.
Returns & Refunds
Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
To exercise this right, customers may use the online withdrawal procedure available on this website. A confirmation of receipt will be provided once the withdrawal request has been successfully submitted.
After exercising their right of withdrawal, customers must return the item in its original condition and packaging within the period prescribed by applicable law.
Unless otherwise stated, the direct cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the customer.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, Christi Carlo and Offides BV will process the refund using the original payment method.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or if an incorrect item has been delivered, customers should contact us as soon as possible. Such cases are handled separately from the statutory right of withdrawal and may qualify for a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution.
Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory consumer rights that may apply under Belgian or European consumer protection law.
Intellectual Property
All artworks, images, texts and other content presented on this website are the intellectual property of Christi Carlo and/or Offides BV, unless stated otherwise.
The purchase of a fine art print does not transfer any copyright, intellectual property rights or reproduction rights to the buyer. All copyrights remain exclusively with Christi Carlo.
Collectors are welcome to display their purchased prints for personal enjoyment. However, artworks may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, published, licensed, sold or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
The names "Christi Carlo", "Beyond Delft Blue", and the titles of individual artworks remain the property of Christi Carlo and may not be used without permission.
